Latin Routes to host 14 training sessions for homeworkers

Latin Routes is holding training sessions across the UK for homeorers for the first time to help them sell South America and Costa Rica.


Homeworkers are being urged


to sign up online to attend one of the 14 sessions this spring. Events will be hosted in cafes


and restaurants by head of trade relations Jess Dennison (née Bain); Gaynor Atherton, business development manager for the north and Scotland; and Molly Cofman-Nicoresti, business development manager for the Midlands and south. Dennison said: “Homeworking


is a growing sector and accounts for many of our trade bookings. “We want to focus on


homeworkers as we know there is a huge appetite among this sector to learn. We want to keep the groups small and personalised, so this is why these are focused


groups. It is also a nice chance for [homeworkers] to meet each other.” Training will offer an overview


of destinations, marketing and sales ideas, and information on holiday options. Each homeworker will be given a training manual after the sessions. “We have done many training sessions ut tese i e te first homeworking-focused ones we have run,” said Dennison. “We hope they will attract


homeworkers looking to expand their knowledge and increase their confience. Sessions will either be in the mornings or evenings, and last up to to ours. e first i e in Birmingham on March 5, followed by Oxford and Leeds (March 6), Guildford (March 7), Chester (March 8) and Cardiff and York (March 12). The team will then head to


Bristol and Liverpool (March 13), London (March 18), Norwich (March 19) and Manchester (March 26). In April, sessions will be held
