The international buffet at Brasserie Dauban changes weekly.
THRILLING ADVENTURES
Clients will love the water and land- based activities on offer among Niva Labriz’s wild surroundings. They can set sail to explore Silhouette and North Island by boat or kayak, snorkel through coves and colourful reefs or, better still, dive with Padi- certified instructors to learn about the local marine ecosystems. On land, there are daily ranger-led
treks among peaks to explore the island’s endemic flora and rainforests, plus a variety of fishing adventures. Fitness fanatics can play padel and tennis (day or night), set
against the dramatic backdrop of the rainforest, while those looking to unwind will want to head to the beach for yoga at sunrise or sunset. Many activities can be tailored for
families and there’s a wide range of children’s activities, plus mini golf and a games room. Clients should opt for a cooking class if they wish to immerse themselves in Creole cuisine or, if they’re interested in Silhouette’s history, Grann Kaz is the former plantation home of the Dauban family, who owned the island until 1960.
SLOWER RITUALS
Traditional nature-based therapies, Creole botanicals and a personalised touch make up the ethos of Niva Labriz Seychelles’s spa. Much like the hotel itself, the spa offers clients the opportunity to rebalance themselves away from the bustle of the modern world. Treatments range from Balinese massages and rose-salt scrubs to soothing facials and hot-stone aromatherapy. Once clients have made the most
