Virgin Atlantic boosts capacity on Heathrow routes to South Africa
Virgin Atlantic is increasing capacity to South Africa and bringing forward the return of flights to Cape Town. The move follows the
country’s recent removal from the government’s travel red list. Frequency from Heathrow to
Johannesburg will increase from three times a week to daily from November 8, with return fares from £478. The Heathrow-Cape
Town service will restart on December 17 instead of January 3, flying three times a week, with return fares from £578. The routes will be operated by
Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, with 31 Upper Class, 35 Premium and 192 Economy seats.

Disney unveils new onboard experiences for 2023 sailings

Disney Cruise Line has opened bookings for sailings out of US ports in early 2023 and unveiled new experiences for children on new ship Disney Wish. The programme includes all ships in the line’s fleet,
including soon-to-launch vessel Disney Wish. The ships will serve destinations in the Bahamas,
including Disney’s Castaway Cay private island, as well as the Caribbean and the Mexican Rivera. Departures are offered from Miami, New Orleans,
Port Canaveral, Galveston and San Diego. Three ships, including new-build Disney Wish, will
sail from two ports in Florida to the Bahamas and Caribbean including stops at Castaway Cay. Disney Magic will sail from Galveston in Texas
in January and February 2023 on itineraries of four, five, six and seven nights to the Bahamas and western
Regent reveals four-day Sweden tour after country eases entry restrictions
Regent Holidays has added a four-day tour in Sweden after the country lifted restrictions to allow fully-vaccinated UK adults, and non-vaccinated under-18s, to visit from this month. The Historic Escape to Melderstein Manor, from £1,365, is based on two sharing and includes flights, accommodation, transfer by dog sled and more.

a nautical children’s playground. It will be filled with maritime-themed physical and sensory-style activities. Older children can relax in The Hideaway, where
there will be a dance and DJ booth and where karaoke and dance competitions will be held.
