Tui revives Kenya programme using third-party airlines

Tui has reintroduced beach package holidays to Kenya from November 1. The operator’s Mombasa


programme, on sale now, offers breaks at 16 hotels and uses third- party flights for the first time. Packages feature flights with


British Airways and Kenya Airways from Heathrow. The last time the operator offered beach packages in


Mombasa was in winter 2013-14, using its own charter aircraft. Seven nights’ all-inclusive at


Diani Sea Lodge starts at £1,120 per person, based on two sharing, with flights from Heathrow on November 25. Tui has also resumed touring


holidays from Nairobi. The 12-day Highlights of Kenya


tour starts and ends in Nairobi. Clients will visit Masai Mara,


Amboseli National Park, Tsavo West National Park and Taita


Hills for game drives, and take a boat safari on Lake Naivasha. The holiday ends with three nights in a beachfront hotel in Diani Beach. It costs £2,868, based on a departure from Heathrow on December 3. Jill Thompson, head of product
