Nicko Cruises has created video-based training modules on its ocean product. The six modules cover topics including an introduction to the line, the Vasco da Gama ship and itineraries. Agents who register will receive a £10 Love2shop voucher, plus £20 on completion. Those who make a booking by December 31 will receive an additional £80 voucher.

Windstar targets rise in winter sales with onboard incentives
Windstar Cruises has launched a promotion offering extra onboard credit or a drinks package in an aim to encourage winter bookings. Seas The Sun covers
departures between November 1 and May 31, 2024, for bookings made by November 15. The drinks package is worth
more than £60 per day. The amount of onboard credit
depends on the length of sailing and grade of cabin. Passengers booking a standard
cabin will receive $200 for sailings of fewer than 14 days or $400 for longer cruises. Benefits for passengers in
premium suites range from $400 in onboard credit or an unlimited drinks package for cruises of up to 14 nights to $1,000 in credit per suite or the drinks offering on longer itineraries.

P&O Cruises launches 2025-26 winter range with raft of offers

P&O Cruises has marked the release of its winter 2025-26 collection with several introductory offers. The programme features 12 ports the line has either
never visited before or not called at for at least five years, including Los Angeles, Melbourne, Bali, Bodø in Norway and Dunedin in New Zealand. The collection also offers more extended and
overnight stays in port compared with previous programmes to allow passengers to experience more of the activities and culture in the destinations. Select bookings made by December 4 include a 10% discount, a 10% deposit offer and a 5% saving for
members of P&O’s Peninsular Club loyalty programme. Britannia will offer two new Caribbean fly-cruises
in winter 2025-26, featuring calls in Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. In December 2025, Aurora will depart Southampton
on a 14-night round-trip Northern Lights cruise calling at Åndalsnes, Bodø, Narvik, Tromsø and Haugesund. The lead-in price is £1,199.

A-Rosa opens bookings for new
ships entering service next spring Bookings have opened for two A-Rosa ships entering
service in the spring. The 138-passenger A-Rosa Alea and 140-passenger A-Rosa Clea will operate sailings on the northern and southern Rhine and the Moselle from April. Seven-night cruises will run until October, when they will be replaced by four and five-night options.
