Ajman is an exciting new tourism destination in the UAE. Al Zorah Golf Club opened in 2015, when its 18-hole, 72-par course joined the UAE’s already top-class golf scene. The course’s location, right on the banks of the Al Zorah Nature Reserve, means players can enjoy some spectacular views as they tee off.
In the nature reserve itself, visitors can take to the water on a kayak tour to see the flamingos up close. There is also a watersports centre offering jetskiing, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding and more, as well as a wake park for those who want to try their hand at wakeboarding.
Ajman boasts some beautiful, natural white-sandy beaches along the Arabian Gulf coast. Many hotels have their own selection of watersports open to guests, including banana boat rides and windsurfing.
