WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED HOLIDAY MANAGER TO JOIN OUR AWARD-WINNING TEAM WITHIN OURHOLIDAY DIVISION BASED AT OUR HEAD OFFICE IN BULWELL, NOTTINGHAM.


ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Head of our Holiday & Retail department, you will be required to lead the Holiday Division team in the


planning of the holiday portfolio, by developing existing brands, considering new ideas to drive sales and achieve targets as well as evaluating the existing tour program and its profitability and viability of selling.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:


• Supporting product development, taking ownership to improve profitability and being aware of costs whilst ensuring that sales forecasts are achieved. Involving yield management, pricing reviews and cost control management.


• Co-ordinate recovery plans for changes, cancellations, updates and movements within the holiday & day trip program.


• Ensuing all policy and legal requirements are adhered to by operating within a framework of compliance, which protects customers and team and minimize risk to the business, ensuring that all products selected meet the agreed company standards of quality, health, and safety.


• Assist with the design, content sourcing, copywriting and production of all Holiday and Day trip material both print and electronic ensuring brand management disciplines are adhered to, and design continuity is apparent, within budgets set.


• Project manage the product development and getting the product on sale to achieve the highest potential sales possible. React with trends, implement changes, or create new strategies both short and long term based on analytics and financial reviews with the aim of hitting overall financial targets set.


• Support our Skills Customer Service advisor, offering resolutions for customer feedback, whilst managing control of loyalty rewards and discounting.


• Manage the rota for two branches based in Nottingham and Derby, consisting of 5 members, offer support and training to the retail team. Ensuring a full understanding of end-to-end customer experience and feedback to enhance this further to ensure continuous improvements.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: • Computer literate – with a good knowledge of excel and outlook.


• UK Geographical knowledge • A good knowledge of UK Attractions & places of interest


• Proven customer service experience • High attention to detail • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure.


• To work efficiently to tight deadlines


SALARY AND BENEFITS: • Experience dependant (£35,000 - £40,000).
