Switzerland to host spring roadshows in four UK cities
Switzerland Tourism and Swiss Travel System are hosting a series of roadshows for agents to find out more about the destination. Matterhorn Gotthard Railway,
Bernina Express/Glacier Express and Lake Lucerne Navigation Company will also be represented at the “informative and interactive” events, with prizes to be won. The evening roadshows,
which run from 6pm-9pm, will be held at The Savings Bank, Glasgow (April 25); Malmaison, Manchester (April 26); and Hyatt Regency Birmingham (April 27). A lunchtime event will be held
at London’s St Moritz Restaurant on April 28, from 1pm-3pm.

Jet2holidays is offering package holidays to the south of France for the first time this summer. The operator has added Menton, Saint-Raphael,
Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Cannes. City breaks are also available at more than 25 hotels
in Nice and Monte Carlo.

Edinburgh gains non-stop flights to Toronto with Air Canada on June 2
Air Canada will resume non-stop flights between Edinburgh and Toronto on June 2. The airline will operate a daily service on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner until the end of October, reducing to a three-times-a-week service until January 8. The service will return in early spring 2024.
