Newmarket adds Alaska and California itinerary for 2026
Newmarket Holidays has expanded its tour and cruising collection with an Alaska and California itinerary. The 17-day Alaska Cruise &
America’s West Coast starts with five days visiting Santa Monica, Hollywood, Sunset Boulevard, Santa Barbara and San Francisco.
Guests then board Carnival Luminosa to cruise to the Alaskan capital of Juneau, followed by visits to Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjord, Ketchikan and Prince Rupert. Prices start from £3,510, including flights, with departures in August and September 2026. Elsewhere, the operator has
added two days in Nashville to its Deep South Rhythms, Key West & Bahamas Cruise itinerary for 2027. The 17-day holiday starts from £3,924.

Royal Caribbean unveils range of short cruises from US ports

Royal Caribbean International has opened sales for short Caribbean cruises from US ports in 2026-27. Eleven ships are scheduled to operate a variety of
sailings ranging in duration from two to five nights. Oasis Class vessels Utopia, Wonder, Harmony and
Oasis of the Seas will sail from Port Canaveral, Miami and Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Mariner, Explorer, Liberty, Freedom, Vision, Rhapsody
and Grandeur of the Seas will depart from ports such as Tampa and Galveston. Utopia, Wonder and Freedom will offer year-round
cruises, while Mariner, Rhapsody and Grandeur will operate summer trips and Liberty, Harmony, Explorer, Vision and Oasis will operate in the winter. Destinations include the line’s Perfect Day at

Wizz Air introduces services to Rome, Medina and Warsaw
Wizz Air will launch three new services this summer. Birmingham flights to Rome Fiumicino will operate three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from June 16. The carrier will also launch two routes from Gatwick: a link to Medina, Saudi Arabia, from August 1, and a route to Polish capital Warsaw from August 2.

EasyJet reveals winter service from Liverpool to Gran Canaria
Liverpool John Lennon airport’s largest airline, easyJet, is adding a route to Gran Canaria from October 27. The service will operate on Mondays and Fridays throughout the winter, with one-way fares from £35. EasyJet holidays is offering packages for the new destination.

Royal Air Maroc to offer summer Stansted-Casablanca service
Royal Air Maroc will offer a service to Casablanca from Stansted from June 24 until September 14. The service, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, will be operated by a Boeing 737-800 with a flight time of three hours and 20 minutes. The link to Morocco’s largest city by the Oneworld alliance carrier will give access to its African network.
