Sales and Business Development Manager South Region (South to Birmingham Region) | Reporting to Commercial Director


Within this role you will be required to recruit, support, retain and develop business through Global Travel Group (GTG) and Independent Option (IO) Members and to develop sales of Triton products whilst enhancing relationships through account management and business development.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


• Travel Industry background • Previous Independent agent experience preferred • 1SFWJPVT FYQFSJFODF JO mFME CBTFE SPMF QSFGFSSFE • Excellent communication skills - verbal & written • The ability to build and develop relationships quickly • High level of Excel spreadsheet, formulas and PowerPoint knowledge • Good level of numeracy and computer literacy • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously • Ability to manage own workload and diary • Ability to problem solve and offer a solution to meet the needs of the business and agent • Decision making skills • Team Player • Target driven
