Classic Collection bids for bookings with ‘Commitment’
Classic Collection Holidays has launched a ‘Classic Commitment’ policy to boost consumer confidence and bookings. It promises a ‘100%
Cancellation Guarantee’, offering full cash refunds if the holiday cannot be provided, and no amendment fee for changes to bookings. Si Morris-Green, agency sales
and marketing director, said: “We know there is huge pent-up demand. People want to be able to book an overseas holiday in 2021 but uncertainty surrounding travel regulations is leading to an understandable hesitancy. “Our Classic Commitment aims
to reassure our agent partners and mutual customers their bookings are safe and secure with us. “We are making commitments
on amendment fees, refunds and Covid-compliancy, giving customers the confidence they need in order to book now.” Classic is offering a £100
voucher as a thank you to customers who amend a booking, rather than cancel. The Classic Commitment
is available on selected current bookings and is applicable to all new bookings made from February 1.
