After starting as a telesales homeworker with Hays Travel, I received a lot of support from Head Office and found my own business and database of customers growing week by week. You could pick up the phone, email questions, ping a message on social media and as soon as they can, they answer. After six months I moved over to become a Personal Travel Consultant. It was amazing and the support was still available! I could do the job I love, work my own hours, and still be a mum to my two little girls. Finally I had the family/ home /life balance right. My only regret is, I wish I had made the move earlier.
