TAILOR MADE SPECIALIST The ideal candidate will be experienced in selling tailor-made long-haul holidays. Specialist knowledge of


one or more of our destinations (Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia) would be beneficial. Previous experience working for a retail travel agent or long-haul operator would be an advantage.


Key responsibilities of this role include: • Create detailed itineraries to exactly suit the customers’ requirements (both telephone and email enquiries)


• Source varied ground arrangements with overseas suppliers, ensuring your itinerary exactly meets the client’s requirements.


• Liaising with agents and clients at various stages of the quotation process • Use various web based systems to check live availability of products • Processing bookings on our in-house system. • Offer friendly help & advice in order to achieve good sales


TRAVEL ADMINISTRATOR This role within our busy Administration department covers a variety of duties.

Key responsibilities of this role include: • Contacting Airlines and Suppliers • Checking and ticketing of bookings • Sending documentation to customers


• Administration duties, checking & filing invoices, answering telephone calls & directing the call to correct department


• Reception duties, meet & greet visitors • Post Duties – Incoming & outgoing mail • Stationery Stock Control & Management


Both these roles require the following:


• Good organisational & communication skills are essential • Strong English & Maths skills (min A-C GCSE) • Good computer skills • Ability to use own initiative


• Accuracy and attention to detail are a must • You must be able to work well as part of a team • Knowledge of GDS system would be preferred • Must be able to work to strict deadlines

Business Development Manager, EMEA & India Sales

Our people are dedicated and passionate, and have made us a world leader in luxury train travel. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a drive for excellence and commitment to teamwork, to join our EMEA Sales team.


You will be responsible for generating new business through identification, qualification and development of senior commercial relationships with organizations in the following distribution channels: cruise, tour operators & wholesalers (B2C and B2B), custom group and travel agents (retail) throughout the EMEA region, plus our Indian General Sales Agent. The primary geographical focus is on the UK market (80%), select accounts in the German and Swiss market, Netherlands, Scandinavia and India.


You will need to be able to travel a significant amount to fulfil this position. Demonstrated sales experience developing and growing new markets in the travel industry is required along with strong presentation skills, and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver service excellence to our guests, partners and employees.
