How PTS supports independent businesses
I spend a lot of time talking to established travel businesses. The kind that know what they’re doing, have built solid client bases, and don’t need the basics explained to them.
But the same issues begin to show up, albeit in different ways. It can be supplier limitations that don’t quite make sense anymore. Lack of transparency, extra fees deducted on a regular basis for things not previously disclosed, commission and V>ÃhyoÜ Ìh>Ì `oiÃn½Ì ÀiyiVÌ Ìhi ÜoÀk }oin} in] oÀ jÕÃÌ Ìhi Õn`iÀlÞin} viilin} ov not having full control over your own business.
None of it is new to anyone. We’ve all seen it.

For experienced travel professionals, boundaries start to get in the way, growth is loÃÌ Ìo > l>Vk ov yiÝiLiliÌÞ] >n` VommiÃÃion ià Ã>VÀiwVi` voÀ m>n>}iminÌ hil« ÌhiÞ simply no longer need.
So then when these things are weighing heavy, they think about switching. Only voÀ Ìhi VonÃoÀÌiÕm Ìo «oÌinÌi>llÞ ÌÕÀn >ÀoÕn` >n` m>ki iÌ >à `ivwVÕlÌ >à «oÃÃiLli Ìo li>Ûi] jÕÃÌ Ìo `À>} oÕÌ Ìhi «ÀoViÃð
From our side here at PTS, we’ve always taken a simple view, maybe too simple to some, but your business should be yours. You should be able to work with who you want, understand exactly what things cost, and grow without needing to navigate around the structure you’re in.
Your money shouldn’t have to swap hands to protect your customers, and your LÕÃiniÃà ÃhoÕl` viil liki iÌ Lilon}à Ìo ÞoÕ] noÌ Ãomioni ilÃi ÞoÕ jÕÃÌ ÜoÀk voÀ°

Not because our model is better than another. But because at a certain stage, the needs of a business change, and when they do, the right setup should move with the business, if it doesn’t, the business will eventually move without it.
PTS is not keeping member businesses under lock and key. The keys never even leave member hands. Our services >Ài jÕÃÌ hiÀi Ìo m>ki Ãillin} ÌÀ>Ûil Ãim«li] no moÀi] no less.
