Quark waives solo supplements on range of 2026 Arctic voyages
Quark Expeditions has waived solo supplements on selected Arctic 2026 voyages on Ultramarine. Solo cruisers can save up to £10,000 on balcony suites for 10 expeditions on the 199-passenger ship in Svalbard, Iceland and Greenland from May to August. The new solo expedition

Scenic releases 2026-27 Asia cruising and tours programme

Scenic has put its Asia river cruising and land tours programme for 2026-27 on sale. The season includes nine river cruise itineraries and
four Japan land tours. There are seven and nine-night cruises along
the Mekong between July 2026 and May 2027 on 68-passenger Scenic Spirit. Extensions to the voyages are also available in Vietnam and Laos. The programme includes new hotel options at the
Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection by IHG; the Silk Path Grand Hue Hotel in Vietnam; and the Avani+ Luang Prabang Hotel in Laos. In addition, Scenic Enrich events and Scenic
Freechoice excursions will be included in the fare. The events include an Apsara dance performance, a gala dinner at an Angkor temple and a champagne breakfast
Celestyal goes digital with in-cabin
tablets to enhance cruise experience Celestyal has rolled out in-cabin tablets in all 630 cabins on Celestyal Journey to enhance the customer experience. The tablets allow guests to manage aspects of their cruise directly from their cabin, such as service requests, onboard shop purchases, room service orders and speciality restaurant table reservations. Deck plans and onboard entertainment schedules are also available, and will replace printed materials.
