QUESTIONS Q.What was your first job in travel? A. I worked as a travel advisor at Personal Service Travel in East Grinstead. Q. Best advice you’ve been given? A.When working with your teams, be firm, be fair, but always be kind. Q. Favourite holiday destination? A. Anywhere with snow. Q. If you could change one thing within the travel industry, what would it be? A. I am not sure that I would actually change anything. Q. Favourite aspect of the AAAs? A. Seeing the joy on the agents’ faces. Q. Fondest AAAs memory? A. The year Virgin Atlantic presented the winner of our X-Factor-style campaign. Q. Favourite entertainment act over the years? A.
