holding virtual events to offer training, support and knowledge of our Gold Medal, Pure Luxury, Cruise Plus and Incredible Journeys brands in conjunction with some of our key suppliers, which has attracted great interest. Among a variety of offerings, we have our ‘full flexibility’ policy where we are waiving any Gold Medal fees on any first amendment of any booking up to 45 days before departure, and launched an amazing tool in partnership with Sherpa. com which gives agents up-to-the-minute information on travel restrictions and entry requirements for destinations around the world so they can calm the nerves of any customer they’re talking to.

trip back in 2018, which was exciting. And I remember one year an agent being on stage in a penguin suit which I don’t think was expected. And, of course, it wouldn’t be the AAAs without Stu and Lucy, who bring the entertainment and glamour to every evening!
Q. For those who may not have been to the AAAs before, what should they expect? An evening of celebration and entertainment, great people and networking with old friends and new. Oh, and a glass or two of fizz of course!
Q. What will you be wearing on the night? Swim shorts, sunglasses and factor 50. I won’t be there as unfortunately I’ll be on holiday. The Gold Medal team will be there, though. I will be watching on from afar on social media.
Q. Which song would get you on the dancefloor? Mr Brightside by The Killers always guarantees bounce, attitude and a full dancefloor.
