Origin Coffee


B-Corp specialty coffee roaster Origin Coffee is set to open its first Scottish site in Edinburgh on the edge of the city’s Old Town. The café has been designed by Megan Sadler and will showcase an industrial aesthetic with a bronze effect bar, stainless-steel worktops and oak furniture.

Lita


Chef Luke Ahearne, former head chef at Corrigan’s Mayfair, is set to launch southern Mediterranean restaurant Lita, short for abuelita. The 100-cover restaurant will pay homage to family-style dining, with dishes prepared on an open fire grill.
