THE PROJECT A FOCUS ON OPEN PLAN, LOW ENERGY LIVING The new, smaller plot offered a secluded location with a south-facing garden and stunning countrside iews. With more experience, they aimed or a conteporar energefi cient oe wit openplan liing spaces incorporating VELFAC triple-glazed windows and doors. ese windows chosen for their slim, durable frames,

EXPLOITING VELFAC FRAME VERSATILITY Externally, the house features black window and door frames, while internally, the frames are white in bedrooms and bathrooms and black in sared spaces. standout eature is te entrance hall with a large black-framed VELFAC window screen that illuminates te allwa and oak staircase.
