When it came to our respondents’ belief that modular technologies have the potential to aid some of the key issues the sector faces at present, the response was fairly consistent with our previous study the vast maority believing the technologies can either positively or very positively affect all the challenges listed.
The introduction of odern ethods of onstruction was seen by 21% of the survey respondents as having the potential to very positively’ affect housing supply, for instance, down ust year on year, and the maority , on the study believed the technology could positively affect it.
