We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to manage industry-best, audience-led campaigns for titles across our recently launched Fiction and Non-Fiction commercial division. You will be full of ideas and energy, ready to become a key part of the Marketing team and driving high-impact marketing campaigns, community development and brand growth. You will report to the Head of Marketing, General Division,
and join an award-winning, collaborative and friendly marketing team that works across Fiction, Non-Fiction, Cookery and Lifestyle titles.
The ideal candidate will have: •
Strong marketing experience – ideally within commercial publishing.
• Experience working and communicating with platform authors and their teams.
• An excellent understanding of how to reach a range of audiences, across genres.

Creative vision, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to see that vision through.
• Superb visual and copywriting skills, with an impeccable eye for detail and design.
• Good understanding of and passion for commercial fiction and non-fiction in particular, media platforms, and digital marketing opportunities.
• Experience cross-promoting with external brands and organisations.
