Responsibilities include: • Managing the Digital QA team, ensuring delivery is effec- tively and efficiently managed in line with business need.
• Managing and monitoring team resourcing, the allocation of work to team members and the appropriate prioritisa- tion of that work in line with the company’s goals.
• Managing relationships and lines of communication with direct reports and the wide range of internal and external colleagues and suppliers necessary to deliver products.
• Maintaining and developing the team’s codebase of tools and automated processes to support both project-based and business-as-usual needs.
