Registration to participate in the contest will be open until April 23, 2018. Not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, as well as individuals, are eligible to submit a proposal. Organiza- tions must have a presence in Carter County; individuals must live or work in Carter County. Organizations or individuals may not submit more than one proposal. All individual contes- tants and winners must be at least 18 years of age.
