With the new year always come thoughts and resolutions for better, healthier living. Everyone is aware that fitness and healthy eating is important, and it is increasingly being recognized that a healthy workforce is beneficial to employ- ers too. By creating a healthy environment for employees, you can increase morale, improve your employees’ work/life balance and, in turn, positively impact your business.

Striving toward a healthier commu- nity has long been a goal of the Ardmore Chamber of Commerce. In the spirit of that commitment, the Chamber is partnering with Ardmore Institute of Health for a physical activity promotion pro- gram in 2018. We are inviting our members and their employees to join us in this yearlong promotion.


Over the course of the year, the Chamber will be working with AIH to promote “Oklahoma on the Move”. The Chamber team will be competing with other businesses around town on nine different chal- lenges throughout the year. Those challenges span the healthy living spectrum from exercise to eating right to increasing water con-

This Challenge is completely free to all Chamber members who would like to participate on our team.
