BDS Systems’ internally lighted, externally lighted, and non- lighted windsock frames provide trusted safety and information to aviation, industry, and government agencies around the globe. Manufactured in the USA with highly corrosive-resistant materials, BDS windsock frames withstand the harshest land and sea conditions. They’re made with stainless steel framing, PVC housing body, and a unique Delrin type ball bearing for uninterrupted rotation.
BDS Systems’ 12-volt, 120-volt, and solar-powered internally lighted windsock frames shine ultra-bright LEDs directly into the opening of the windsock for a “glow in the dark” appearance. This design engineering provides for brighter illumination and minimized glare for superior safety and energy efficiency.
BDS Systems’ FAA-approved international orange windsocks are also made for long-term durability and performance. Crafted from premium nylon made in the USA and treated with water-repellent and UV inhibitors, BDS windsocks are durable, resist fading, and are responsive to all wind conditions.
