The versatility of this novel system, through
both design and available technology, allows surgeons to perform highly complex cases such as lower anterior resections, as well as simpler cases with precision and efficiency. With the integrated fluorescence visualisation system vLimeLite, this robot is the first CE marked surgical robot on the market to offer an integrated ICG system with multiple viewing modes, including an overlay mode, and colour displays to visualise ICG, enhancing visualisation during surgery. The Ultrasonic Dissector, the first in the

advanced technology, this robotic system offers surgeons a full suite of instruments to enhance their surgical practice. Mr Paul Stanciu, Consultant Gynaecological Oncology Surgeon within the UK, describes how he uses Versius in complex gynaecological procedures: “The Versius robotic system has transformed my approach to complex procedures by offering unmatched precision, flexibility, and control. Its modular design and advanced ergonomics allow me to perform challenging cancer surgeries with greater accuracy and less fatigue, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes and recovery. able to adapt to each hospital’s needs. The adaptability of the system allows laparoscopic surgeons to build on their existing experience. Through utilising traditional port placements, the robot seamlessly integrates into existing workflows.
