Highlight Games grows virtual sports portfolio and eyes new content verticals Virtual Sports Highlight Games
In recent years Highlight Games has been growing its video virtual sports product portfolio and fast establishing itself as a dominant force in the virtual sports space across Europe and Africa.
From its flagship SOCCERBET game featuring archive footage from top tier football players and clubs from the biggest leagues in Europe, to IIHF Ice Hockey and a range of instant win products, operators have responded with overwhelming positivity to the use of video archive footage in a virtual sports format.
In a new phase of growth, Highlight has been developing its technology strategy whereby it will in-house its technology and create its own proprietary platform through which to deploy its own content directly to operators. In Africa, Highlight has already started to work directly with operators to deploy its English football SOCCERBET game with more content to follow. English Football SOCCERBET contains more exclusive archive footage from the EFL and FA Cup than any other video virtual
football product on the market, making it the number one for operators.
In Italy, where Highlight is the number one supplier of virtual sports, the ADM process has started to enable the business to use its own platform to deploy its Spanish SOCCERBET product which features archive LALIGA footage and branding. Deployment of SOCCERBET featuring Serie A (with which Highlight has just penned a long-term rights renewal) using Highlight’s own technology will follow, along with new product iterations.
Highlight is in the process of developing new content verticals including slots and roulette games which will further extend the breadth of appeal of its product portfolio. With rights deals to access archive footage from some of the biggest sports and sporting leagues in the world including Serie A, LALIGA, English FA Cup/EFL, Turkish Super Lig, Greek Super League, Ligue 1, SPFL, ATP Tennis, MotoGP and IIHF Ice Hockey, it's an exciting phase of growth for the business.
