Takeover at Polish moulder
Czech private equity fund Jet Investment has bought a majority stake in Plastiwell International, a Polish manufacturer of plastic products for a number of sectors including automotive. It also has teams working on automa- tion, design and in-house toolmaking. “Working with Jet will allow us to speed up our expansion, enter new market segments and spread into new territories – including through acquisitions,” said Marcin Wysocki, CEO of Plastiwell International.
