New Tosaf masterbatch facility ready to open in Poland


Tosaf, the Israeli developer and producer of additive masterbatches, compounds, and colour solutions, is establishing a new production site in Olkusz, Poland. It is set to become operational in the second quarter of 2026. The 5,500m² facility, with an initial


production capacity of 3,000 tonnes/ yr, will support Tosaf’s growing portfolio of masterbatch solutions across a wide range of polymers and applications. It is strategically posi- tioned in Olkusz to support efficient supply across Poland, Ukraine, and the broader Eastern European region. “This investment is about getting closer to our customers, not just geographically, but operationally,” said Iryna Maydych, Managing Director of Tosaf Polska Color. Xaloy takes over Maxi Melt


Xaloy has acquired Maxi Melt, an Italy-based supplier of plasticising components for extrusion and injection moulding applications, which it said will expand its capabilities and strengthen its position with customers through an enhanced combination of engineering, materials know-how, and


application expertise. “This is an important step,”


said Renzo Cavazza, Manag- ing Director of Maxi Melt. “Xaloy brings scale, technical resources, and manufactur- ing capability that will enhance what we are able to offer. We will continue to operate with the same focus on our customers while expanding our capabilities.”
