Avient expands Colorworks network in Latin America
Avient has opened a new Colorworks Design & Technology Centre in the Mexico City area. The new facility, which strengthens the company’s ability to offer colour design services to customers in the Latin America (LATAM) region, will complement an existing Colorworks centre in Itupeva, São Paulo, Brazil. The company said these facilities are a source of ideas, inspiration, and technical guidance. “With the addition of our Mexico site, we will be more accessible to custom- ers in the Mexico and Central America
regions and as a result, offer more opportunities for onsite collaboration to help streamline product development,” said Allan Bojorge, General Manager, North LATAM at Avient. The new location will offer Colour,
Material, and Finish (CMF) trend consultation, in-person or virtual colour development, and rapid prototyping, allowing customers to work directly with Colorworks teams in the early stages of product development to shorten their time to market, control costs, and manage colour consistently.
