Premium foliar fertilizer from used alkaline batteries

innish cleantech company Tracegrow produces efficient and pure zinc and manganese foliar fertilizer called ZM-Grow from used alkaline batteries. The idea may sound somewhat
strange, even scary, but it has been proven to be highly efficient, and the product has in most of occasions given better yield increase than many compet- ing fertilizer products. Tracegrow's process turns previously harmful waste to a high-end product, from which the harmful metal residues like nickel, cad- mium and mercury have been removed. Because the product is pure and its manufacturing process is chemically very simple, the product has EC fertil- izer status, and can be sold at the whole EU area. It is also approved for organic farming because of its composition.
How to use the product? Thus far the product has been used successfully to grass, wheat, barley, oats and corn fields, and tested for some other crops like tomato in small scale, eg. in greenhouses. At the coming spring many other popular species like winegrapes and rice shall be tested in Southern Europe as well, since custom- ers interest for them is high. R&D is important for the company, and in gen- eral the customers test wishes are received gladly. Thus if you have some interesting test in mind, then by all means take contact.
The product is easy to use, and has been praised for this: one simply pours 2-3 litres of the ready solid-free liquid to 200 litres of water and starts the spreading. Tank mixing experiments with different agrichemicals have also been conducted with good results, so one can spray several chemicals at the same time during fertilization.

Willingness to
become a distributor? At summer 2019 were the first big scale sales around EU, and the pioneer customers were very happy about the results. According to a customer survey the users valued the product because of its easy usability and yield increasements. Many already expressed their willingness to buy more at the next year, and were more than happy to recommend it to their neighbours and colleagues as well. Thus year 2020 seems very promising indeed, and the company is actively marketing the product. Now new national distributors are searched to spread the product even wider to the European market.
