The following response was submitted to the STN July poll question, “Are you anticipating a mechanic shortage at your school district/bus company?”
So far, we have not. We added an additional technician this year and filled the position quickly with several applicants. However, we do not require our technicians to drive routes ever. They only work on the fleet. Facebook/Cody Cox
