The Student Transportation Aligned for Return to School (STARTS) Task Force last month released its toolkit for resuming student transportation amid COVID-19. While many transporta- tion directors seek specific requirements, the task force instead issued a roadmap for school districts to reference when making final decisions on operations and costs.
