Same training I had. Pull the bus over, call 911, give verbal commands to the kids to stop. They don’t want us putting our hands on the kids either, under any circumstances. Facebook/Michael Holmgren

I feel sick!!! Driving students to school while under the influence of alcohol?!!!! I really don’t know what to say!!! I really hope those students are okay. Remember, commercial motor vehicle drivers are held to a greater standard than regular drivers. This is grounds for automatic dismissal. Very sickening! I was told under no circumstances put your hands on a student. Call ISD police. Facebook/Lee Holubec

I am grateful for our district for the paid training they give us to deal with these situations. It is called Crisis Prevention Intervention and it also comes with a $25,000 lawsuit protection. I have used CPI in many situations because I drive for a behavioral school. The students and parents know I am trained and will utilize this to keep each and every student safe. I encourage more districts to implement this because it helps them in difficult and stressful situations. Facebook/Christina Frye
