School Transportation News
Wow! These are scary. When I was a patrol cop working the day shift, I loved when I had time to follow the school buses around to look for these violations and issue citations to drivers. This stuff is inexcusable and so dangerous.

Nothing is going to change until real penalties are applied “before” a child gets hurt. Start with heavy fines, impounded vehicles and license suspensions. Without real penalties, people’s selfish ways will prevail. LinkedIn/Brandon Cornell, Truck Driver
These videos and situations are so frustrating and unbelievable. It’s hard to understand how people just don’t care about the safety of kids. Penalties should be much harsher. LinkedIn/Christopher Reed, Regional Director of Operations, Community Bus Services
I hope you understand what a bus driver and students go
through when this is happening. It only takes some less than a minute for a child to load or unload. It’s better to stop than have to be in jail for being stupid, and think of all the lives that will affected by your actions. Facebook/Julie Buckner
It only takes a few seconds to stop and support them making
it safely to and from the school bus. Be aware, mind on task and slow your roll. LinkedIn/Denise Peavoy, Driver Safety Development Manager,
