Gen3 Leverages Expert Team for Consistent Growth

Family Business Gen3 is named after three
generations of Naisbitts. My grandfather started the business in 1969 and then Concoat was formed in 1979. Gen3 was formed after selling Concoat to Humiseal in 2005. The business was started in my grandfather’s garden shed and has grown into a factory and office unit in Farn- borough, UK, with 21 employees and more than 40 distributors worldwide. This makes the company’s
