What’s your hidden talent? Cooking. I enjoy experimenting with flavors and creating meals from scratch.


If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be? Leadership, to inspire teams and drive results more effectively.


What’s something on your bucket list? Travel to all seven wonders of the world and experience new cultures firsthand.


What’s the best airport in the world, and why? Singapore because it’s efficient, passenger and cargo.


If air cargo had a mascot, what would it be? A Falcon because they are fast, agile, and precise.

Narcisa Diaz is a cargo and logistics specialist with 20 years in the aviation industry. Currently she works as the Sales Manager at Aviacargo, seeking to deliver high-quality airline cargo representation solutions for the industry.


What was your dream job as a child? As a child, my dream job was in telecommunications.


What’s the biggest change you’ve seen in the industry? The biggest change has been the rapid growth of air cargo, driven by e-commerce and the increasing demand for faster, more reliable deliveries.


What’s the most unusual thing you’ve ever shipped? Bull semen - a highly sensitive cargo that required strict temperature


control and careful handling.


What’s one buzzword you secretly dislike? “Disruptive”. It’s overused in the cargo industry and often sounds more dramatic than practical.


Window or aisle seat? Aisle seat


What’s the best business lesson you’ve learned the hard way? Always pick up the phone when something goes wrong.


If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be? The President of the United States just to experience that level of responsibility and decision-making.


How did you get into airfreight/logistics? A friend introduced me to airfreight, and 11 years later, I’m still passionate about it.


What quote has most resonated with you? “Do the right thing, even when no one is looking.”


What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? “Focus on what you can control.” clear decisions.

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done? Moving to New York by myself at 18, which taught me independence and resilience.


If you could have dinner with any three people, living or dead, who would it be and why? Oprah Winfrey for inspiration, Nelson Mandela for leadership, and my daughter Amy Diaz, who showed me the joys of motherhood and the beauty in everyday moments.


What’s something we wouldn’t know about you from your CV? I’m an early riser who loves planning trips at a moment’s notice.
