Learn Polynesian arts and crafts, Tahitian dance and maybe even make your own Poisson cru, a delicious local dish from fresh fish and other ingredients. Enrichment lectures led by a rotation of
renowned guest speakers focus on Polynesian history, and guided excursions take you deep into the islands to explore archaeological sites. Especially exciting are top renowned lecturers featured in the Wildlife Discovery Series, in partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). Tese are the top ecologists, naturalists, and marine biologist in the field and will enlighten guests on a variety of innovative topics. During the summer months and holiday season, Stewards of Nature, a WCS experiential family
program, is offered and invites guests to discover and value nature through hands-on, interactive learning for children ages 7-17, as well as family members. Divers rejoice—French Polynesia's
lagoons and atolls offer world class diving, where rays, turtles, reef sharks and multi- color fish share their piece of paradise. For those wanting to stay above the waterline, the ship's retractable watersports marina offers paddleboards, kayaks, windsurfers, and snorkeling gear for complimentary use.
