OCTOBER 2024 THE RIDER /19 Obituary: Mary Dean Moore
By Ken McLellan. It’s so sad to lose an-
other Great Lady in the Horse Industry. Mary was an integral part of the Lambton County Saddle Club, Sarnia, the Area 1 Quarter Horse Promotional Association and the Ontario Quarter Horse Association. She was one of the best pro- moters around selling tick- ets for the organizations and volunteering her time and experience, While she loved her Quarter Horses, she also had a deep love for the Sport of Standardbred Racing in which her dad and numerous other relatives were involved and continue to be involved in. She will truly be missed!!
