CRHRA is NOT closing as previously thought. Days before the AGM we were contacted by an Insurance company that started negotiations with us

to be our insurance provider for 2025. Negotiations would not be completed before the October issue deadline for The Rider. The board agreed to keep searching for insurance even if we do not succeed in time for January

at the AGM. They are determined to once again provide good service at a reasonable rate to CRHRA’s members.

With so many natural disasters insurance rates are all going up. We are sure we will not be able

to provide coverage at $39.00 per member again but are working hard to keep the rate as low as possible. This is one of the challenges we are facing.

A notice will be out by Nov 15 whether we have succeeded so every one can make an informed decision for 2025 We did want everyone to know that we are working hard to be ready for the 2025 membership year. More information will appear on the CRHRA Website as we progress and Notifications on our

CRHRA Facebook page will be sent out by Alex and Jack. Please be patient and do not call the directors for more information. At this point they know what

you know which is very little until we have a contract. All of our members have worked hard networking to see if they could secure an insurance Broker for

us. I can say this paid off and a big thank you to those that were successful. Be Safe in Hunting Season, lots of bright colours. especially hunter orange and make lots of noise. The CRHRA Board
