SHOW PREVIEW: HEALTH & SAFETY NORTH

WORKPLACE TRENDS UNDER SPOTLIGHT

Expert guidance on overcoming workplace stress, dealing with legislation changes and maximising fall protection will be available to delegates at this year’s Health & Safety North.

The fast-growing conference and exhibition is taking place in Manchester for the first time, from 10th to 11th October at EventCity. Established 10 years ago, the rising popularity of the event necessitated a move from Bolton to a larger venue, enabling an expanded programme of breakfast briefings, educational seminars, industry debates, networking, practical presentations and equipment displays.

The move also enables Health & Safety North to run alongside the inaugural Fire Safety North event, making a visit to EventCity even more valuable.

WHAT TO EXPECT At Health & Safety North, more than 2,000 professionals with health and safety responsibilities are expected to attend the free event to learn about the latest industry trends and developments in best practice from 56 speakers. The event’s educational content is spread across 36 hours of seminars, all of which are accredited by the CPD Certification Service, which provides attendees with points towards their continuing professional development programmes.

The neighbouring Fire Safety North offers 10 hours of seminars, including legal updates, best practice guidance and case studies delivered by some of the industry’s leading experts.
