Temperature control for commercial buildings and offices is vital to keeping a handle on energy consumption, as well as delivering effective cooling to employees and business-critical applications, such as IT server rooms. 1. Know Your Surroundings
There’s no two ways about it, delivering efficient and effective commercial cooling starts with a chiller.

However, many chillers currently in use – especially those that are 10 years old or more – may be adding unwanted extras to a site’s utility bill due to poor efficiency.
While upgrading to a high efficiency chiller will undoubtedly reduce operating costs, a like-for-like replacement is not as easy as it sounds. Before an FM even considers making a change, they should study the surrounding infrastructure.
