New GIS Manager from 3i Studio

• Interac ve maps • Amazing analysis and repor ng capabili es • Easy for lay-people to understand • Wide range of mapping

With GIS Manager you will be able to overlay and see your data on numerous maps including; Google Maps; Ordnance Survey and Open Streetmap.

New to ESTATESuite and now part of our core module, GIS Manager has very powerful capabili es for it’s size. Loca on and polygon references can be mapped to a variety of base mapping sets - Google Maps, Open Streetmap and OS Digital. Using the built-in toolkit to geo-locate sites and buildings produces a highly visual ‘on map’ reference to all your key building informa on.

You can use GIS Manager to increase your analysis and repor ng capabili es with just a few simple clicks. The GIS Manager toolkit has op ons to highlight queried data for such things as building condi on, tenure, spa ial and future plan analysis. A simple click through from a mapped ‘pin’ or building polygon provides access to the full property dataset.

As a building specialist you understand building drawings, layouts and specifi ca ons, but it may not be so simple for non-specialists. You can make your informa on readily available to other par es by simply overlaying a map with the details you choose for them to see.
