ViroScreen by Prime Light

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT...

The major focus for every organisation over the past year has been on staff safety, as they seek to mitigate the risks of further outbreaks of COVID-19 in their facilities.

As part of any risk-assessment, facilities managers have had to adopt new measures such as protective screens if it is not possible for work stations or desks to be more than two metres apart.

ViroScreen by Prime Light is a transparent PVC foil that is quick and easy to install in a variety of settings. Designed for offices, reception areas and retail locations, its droplet-proof material helps to protect employees from airborne particles that have the potential to spread COVID-19. Prime Light believes it is a more cost effective and flexible solution than Perspex screens that we have become used to seeing over the past couple of months.

As it is more flexible than acrylic glass, ViroScreen is infinitely adjustable in height and comes in two widths, and magnetic suspension is possible without the need for drilling. Given the product’s versatility, it is both effortless to transport to different locations and can be cleaned and disinfected with ease.

Sean Hounslow, Managing Director of Prime Light, said: “Employers’ duty of care for staff safety is totally paramount and cannot be compromised. Prime Light already supplies components for critical applications not just in lighting but other areas including healthcare, and so the Viroscreen was a natural extension to that range. The Viroscreen’s flexibility and streamlined design means it fits unobtrusively in key staff environments.”
