Excelcare has launched a newly redesigned website aimed at better supporting families as they explore and navigate care options.
Developed in partnership with internal teams and informed by research into the needs of individuals and families navigating care, the new platform has been created as a comprehensive information hub – not only showcasing Excelcare’s homes and services but providing broader guidance to help people better understand the care journey.
Recognising that decisions around care can oſten feel complex and overwhelming, the website has been designed to offer clear, accessible and practical information at every stage. The platform brings together a wide range of resources, including informative articles, news and updates from across the group, as well as access to webinars and newsletters designed to educate and support.
The launch reflects Excelcare’s continued commitment to supporting families beyond the delivery of care – providing reassurance, clarity and guidance from the very first point of consideration.
BRISTOL CARE HOMES APPOINTS HILLS WASTE SOLUTIONS
Care home provider Bristol Care Homes has appointed Hills Waste Solutions as its recycling and waste management partner, on an initial two-year contract. Bristol Care Homes’ sites at Almondsbury, Thornbury, Horfield and Fishponds will be serviced from Hills’ Avonmouth depot.
