CASE STUDY: CFS ETERNITY LVT FITTED
AT HILL HOUSE FARM Tasked with redesigning an entire barn conversion into a comfortable living space for a rental property situated in the scenic Great Witley, Worcestershire area, specialist contractor A&J Ralph chose CFS Eternity LVT and CFS Developer Elite carpet throughout the two levels.
In order to reflect the unique
characteristics of the converted barn, CFS Eternity LVT in Sand Limed Oak was specified for its golden, authentic rustic tones and distinctive open grain patterns. Contractor, Andy Ralph commented: “It was vital that we chose a premium product to fit with our high specification. Also important for us, was to create a place where tenants will feel comfortable and at home. By opting for the natural, warm look of real timber, we were able to achieve the right ambience with an easy-to-maintain floor”.
CFS Eternity LVT flooring lends itself perfectly to this redevelopment and brings an extra dimension. Andy said: “CFS Eternity LVT was the ideal flooring choice as it needed to be hardwearing but also look stylish and uplift the look for the conversion with a modern twist.
