THE FLOORING SHOW PREVIEW
F. BALL & CO. LTD STAND: B1
F. Ball and Co. Ltd. will use this year’s Flooring Show to showcase the latest innovations in subfloor preparation and floorcovering adhesives technology, including revealing a brand-new product, as well as celebrating 50 years of its industry-leading Recommended Adhesives Guide (RAG).
Darren Kenyon, F. Ball sales director, said: “We are really looking forward to being back at The Flooring Show and showcasing innovations to help installers work to ever higher standards. We are particularly excited to reveal the latest addition to F. Ball’s range of flooring installation products, which will combine high-performance features.”
The RAG lists the compatibility of F. Ball adhesives with over 6,000 branded floorcoverings from over 200 leading international floorcovering manufacturers. Each year since 1973, F. Ball has published an update to what has evolved into the foremost guide to floorcovering-adhesive compatibility.
LEOLINE
STAND: C29 The Flooring Show will be a brighter place this year as the new look LeoLine returns to the halls of the Harrogate Convention Centre.
A market-leading residential flooring brand for 25 years, LeoLine recently unveiled a smart new look as it sets out to make cushion vinyl cool again. And as the updated merchandising and point of sale rolls out to its stockists across the UK, LeoLine has now announced its return to The Flooring Show.
With a manifesto to create the next generation of flooring, LeoLine is on a mission to engage with a new wave of flooring buyers through floors that bring the choice, colour and vibrancy for any space. Reflected in a ground- up rethink of its brand, this new manifesto sets LeoLine apart. Visitors to this year’s show will see just how much LeoLine has been transformed and catch an exclusive look at the brand’s new display concept.

In addition to an A5 printed book, a constantly updated version of the guide is available on the F. Ball website, and as a mobile app, which is free to download from the Apple App store or Google Play.
Delegates are invited to attend a drinks reception at the F. Ball stand on the Monday afternoon of the show to celebrate the 50th edition of the RAG.
Visitors to the F. Ball stand at the Flooring Show will be able to watch live demonstrations of F. Ball products delivered by F. Ball’s head of training plus experts from the company’s technical service department on the stand’s live demonstration area.
Stuart Reeves, sales director, LeoLine, said: “Cushion vinyl has all the qualities needed for modern flooring. Beautiful and versatile designs combine with quick installation, durability and easy maintenance for a floor that’s easy to embrace in any home. It’s perfect for makeover projects and putting personality in rental properties and still remains a really affordable and easy- to-live-with option – perfect for younger buyers and a future housing market that might see big transformations.
“However, our look had not changed significantly for over a decade and certainly lacked the in-store appeal to capture the imagination of brand savvy millennials. Our new brand sets this right, holding on to the reputation of quality and value that’s synonymous with the LeoLine name, but setting out a new direction and showing consumers how we have a floor as unique as they are. The Flooring Show is a great opportunity to show the retail flooring industry how we’re bringing the cool back to cushion vinyl.”
