As part of the ongoing regeneration of Hallsville Quarter in Canning Town, East London, this large-scale residential development – led by Bouygues UK – is revitalising a key urban area. A major aspect of this phase included the renovation and fit-out of more than 8,000m² of new student accommodation, along with an additional 500m² of specialist flooring in high- demand plant and tanking areas.

ES600 Moisture Vapour Suppressant: Applied across all subfloors to guard against residual moisture and ensure maximum adhesion throughout the system.
SX302 MT Smoothing Compound: Used extensively in the student apartments, SX302 MT provided excellent flow characteristics, high compressive strength, and a fast-setting formula – ideal for large, high-spec spaces with tight timelines.
SX100 Waterproof Tanking Compound: Installed in plant and tanking areas to offer robust, long-term protection in moisture- sensitive zones.
SF41 Resin Floor Paint Flowcrete (Goosewing Grey): Used as a topcoat in plant areas to create a durable, chemical-resistant surface with a clean, professional finish.
