ACHEMA - AN ESSENTIAL SHOW FOR PROCESS PROFESSIONALS

CHEMA, the world forum for the process industry, will take place in Frankfurt between the 10th and 14th
June 2024. It will host manufacturers and
service providers from over 50 countries and aims to be a “driving force” for international process companies and their suppliers. The exhibition hall is over 11,000
metres squared and there are currently 2901 exhibitors registered, 2803 products on show and 141 magazines to be in circulation. Delegates can expect to view
innovative products that will enhance chemical pharmaceutical and biotech research and manufacturing as well as energy and environmental services. The show is divided into four main
themes, process innovation; pharma innovation; green innovation; and lab innovation.

Process
will focus on automation and green technology; pharma will look at new research and production techniques; green innovation will focus on fossil fuel free, bio based alternatives and the circular economy, as well as how these are reshaping industries around the world. Lab innovation will focus on new technologies that interface between engineering, production and quality. The show aims to address current
issues and trends in industry- relevant disciplines that are likely to affect the community; part of this commitment will be made via 900 congress lectures including talks such as ‘Plant productivity and safety with additive manufacturing’; ‘Measuring the oxygen content in hydrogen’;
