LARGEST MINING EXPO RETURNS TO RUSSIA B
auma CTT Russia 2022 will take place from 24-27 May in Moscow. It is an international specialised trade fair with a 20-year history. The event is the largest exhibition of the construction and mining industry in Russia. In May 2021 Bauma CTT Russia
took place for the 21st time. It featured 35,000m2
of exhibition area where
344 exhibitors from 16 countries showcased their products and services to an audience of 18,863 participants from 55 countries and 80 regions of Russia. The event’s organisers believe that the 2021 edition sent a positive signal to the wider network. Despite the
impact of the pandemic and difficult travel conditions, exhibitors were extremely confident. Stefan Rummel, managing director of Messe München, comments: “Bauma CTT Russia sent a positive signal to the global construction machinery industry: it was the only trade fair in the Bauma network to be held in 2021 as a face-to-face event – another especially important step towards restarting worldwide trade fair business. Despite the special circumstances, many market leaders came to Moscow.” At the 2021 event,
the new business programme brought together experts and representatives of industry leaders to share their latest insights. The Bauma CTT Forum and Confab attracted more than 1,000 participants. The business programme
